realy like this one! but I think that the colours are a bit to similar.. they like float together it gives the photo a quite blurred impression...
But still it's a nice photo!

yeah, you are right...I could have used a little different lighting. Actually there wasn't any lighting setup - just the ambient light ;)

I feel motivated already! It really must work! hehe
Seriously, though, this is an excellent picture. I love how the background is out of focus - it gives the pawn an even more isolated look. And I also think that, compositionally speaking, it is almost perfect. I agree with the colors being a bit too similar. If the pawn had been just a bit lighter, it would stand out a lot more, but it's still an excellent image.
